I'm interested in playing doubles, mixed doubles or singles - but prefer doubles on public courts in the Silver Spring/Forest Glen/Wheaton area. Looking for players with advanced skills (hold a rally, play all strokes). Anyone interested?

I play singles only and hold a rally well. I'm no good in doubles. I can count how many times I played doubles in my life.

I'm not sure if I have "advanced" skills, but just in case anyone with more intermediate level of playing (can more or less hold a rally), might want to get together for tennis, especially more in or around the Capitol Hill area of DC, I'm game! Singles, doubles, whatever. If a few of us get together we could always go to my place for a BBQ afterward or something like that. :)

Sounds great Wendy! Even though I think there are thunderstorms predicted for just about everyday this week. I'm not sure how busy the courts are afterwork (never tried playing at that time). ~Chris
